Whether you are passionate about sports, tech, music, or politics, X is your front-row seat to what is happening across the globe, as it happens. News often appears here before it reaches the headlines, and the conversation around it starts just as fast.

X is not just another social media app; it is a destination for staying well informed, sharing ideas, and building communities. With X, you are always in the loop with relevant trending topics and breaking news, delivered instantly to your screen, raw and unfiltered. Follow breaking news from around the world, stay ahead of the curve with real-time updates on trending topics and viral conversations, and shape your feed around the subjects you care about most.

When you want deeper context, Grok, the AI assistant powered by X's real-time data, can explain posts, summarise trends, and help you stay on top of what is happening. Post your thoughts, photos, and videos with a global community and join millions of users in shaping the conversation, stream live video or go live with Spaces, the audio feature that enables you to host discussions, and watch videos from live breaking news and sports clips to podcasts and gaming sessions.

Connection runs through everything on X. Connect and chat privately with friends, followers, customers and communities, follow the voices that matter to you, and join communities built around shared interests. X suits anyone who wants to know what is happening right now, hear directly from the people involved, and add their own voice to the conversation.
