Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace brings your whole working day together in one app, so you stop juggling a different tool for every kind of conversation. It is an AI-first collaboration platform for meetings, chat, phone calls, docs, calendar, mail, whiteboard, and more. Whether you are working remotely, in the office, or on the go, Zoom Workplace helps your team stay connected and get work done, all from a single app.

With core AI features built in, you get help prepping for meetings, taking meeting notes, catching up on messages you missed, and drafting content faster. Get more done on the go with Zoom AI: a built-in AI notetaker creates AI-generated meeting summaries, you can draft messages and content with AI that knows your work context, and you can catch up on unread Chat messages in seconds rather than scrolling back through a long thread.

It is one app for video conferencing, chat, and calls. Schedule or join a video meeting with one tap, send messages to colleagues and external contacts in Team Chat, and place and receive phone calls or send SMS messages with Zoom Phone. Boost your productivity by creating and sharing Zoom Docs to keep your team aligned, and sketch ideas together on a whiteboard when words alone are not enough.

Switch between devices without missing a beat: move a live video call or phone call between devices, so a meeting that started on your phone can finish on your laptop without a break. Zoom Workplace suits teams that want one place for everything, remote workers who live on video calls, and anyone tired of switching apps just to get a simple answer.
